Thawing + Storage

STORAGE

Store in freezer until ready to thaw and use. Once thawed, use within 5 days. Use frozen food within 8 months for the absolute freshest Frank’s Fresh.

THAWING

Take container out of freezer and place in refrigerator 1-2 days prior to opening. For quicker thawing, place container in a plastic ziplock bag and place in a bowl of warm water for 20-30 minutes with bottom 3/4 of container submerged. Once portioned into your dog’s food bowl, pour warm water over food, stir, and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

SERVING

Dogs like a warm meal, too! We like to pour a little warm water over food to enhance the yummy flavors in Frank’s Fresh recipes. Or, warm a portion of Frank’s Fresh in a pan, then fold back into your dog’s full meal portion.
